Find your easel and immerse yourself in drawing and painting this summer at Kathy Honey Studio located in downtown Geneva...nestled in a charming historic neighborhood between Wheeler Park and Starbucks on 3rd Street.
KIDS 7-13
At Summer Art Camp kids will learn the basic elements of art in the process of creating their own original work. They will discover amazing art secrets! All materials provided.
Wheeler Park Wednesdays
Wednesday afternoon landscape painting at Wheeler Park. Painting from nature is the best way to learn to see color!
Friday Art Show
At the end of each weekly Summer Art Camp, family and friends are invited into the Studio for an art show on Friday afternoons. Young artists will be available to answer your questions and share their inspirations! Pastels, acrylic paint, Sculpey clay, all provided.
Please bring:
• one roll of paper towels
• a water bottle to drink
• a sack lunch for all day classes
• please wear old clothes or clothes you don't mind getting paint on, and comfy shoes for walking
Sessions Offered for Kids:
Full day: 9am – 3 pm Monday–Friday $ 225, supplies included
Half day: 9 am – 11:30 pm OR 12:30 – 3 pm Monday–Friday, $130, supplies included
Single Full Days: 9am – 3 pm Monday–Friday, $50, supplies included
Single Half Days:
9 am – 11:30 pm OR 12:30 – 3 pm, Monday–Friday, $30, supplies included

HIGH SCHOOL
High School students will advance their drawing and painting working from still life and portrait models. Students will learn classical techniques of observation that will make an immediate impact on their art.
Art Conversation
The High School students will share in weekly critiques and learn to ask questions to broaden their visual experience.
Landscape Painting
Wednesday afternoon landscape painting at Wheeler Park. Charcoal, pastel, oil and acrylic paint mediums. Students must provide supplies. Contact Kathybefore start of class for supply list.

• please wear old clothes, or ones you don't mind getting paint on

Full Day: 3:30 – 6:30 pm Monday–Friday

30 session / $150 weekly / model fee included
